Return Policy

Returns Process

We love our product and we hope that you will be delighted with it too, but if for any reason it wasn’t what you expected, please reach out to us at hello@the3doodler.com within 30 days from the day you received your item from your purchase on this site to initiate a return. It must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you quote your order number and note we are unable to refund any shipping costs associated with your order. We will allocate a Returns Code, which must be included on the label of the package in order to process your return. We may also advise you on how to send the item back to us. You will be responsible for the returned products and return costs until they reach us

Please note that product returns cannot be accepted in person at our office address.

Refund Timing

If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days once the item is returned. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at hello@the3doodler.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
